Originally Vintage American Realty, LLC was born in 2021 from broker & owner Edana Kiernan, in an effort to change the way real estate has been done for so many years – for both our agents and clients.
Building off of Vintage American's success we wanted to create an option for those agents who are looking for a non-MLS option. Shortly after, we opened Vintage American Referrals. Because we are sister companies, switching at any time is very easy, and both companies have the same support and systems.
We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, laid-back and non-intimidating atmosphere for all involved. By providing a wealth of information, expertise and guidance, we promise to always treat our clients fairly and honestly, and be the safe haven in what can be a very stressful and unsure time.
We aim to remain a boutique brokerage, with all the charm and family feel of yesteryear but the technology and advances of today.
