Not Required.

*Identification will be required in the circumstance that a single agent is meeting with a customer/client for the first time at a showing appointment property alone. This is to ensure the safety of all of our agents.

(ii) Whether an exclusive broker agreement is required

Not Required.

(iii) Whether pre-approval for a mortgage loan / proof of funds is required

Yes, Required.

*Please note that although Broker may not require such information, a seller of real estate may require this information prior to showing the property and/or as part of any purchase offer.
